Files must be named using the session number (eg. 1A, 1B, 1C) followed by your last name.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Prior to the Session<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">If you have not pre-submitted your presentation, please upload it at the Speaker Help Desk at <strong>least 1 hour before your session<\/strong> - although we would really appreciate pre-submission as above.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Arrive in your presentation room at least 10 minutes prior to the session to meet the Session Chair\/s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>During the Session<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The Session Chair\/s will introduce you and open your presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Please keep to your allocated time. A yellow card will be shown at 5 minutes remaining, and a red card at 1 minute remaining. The Session Chair\/s will then call time and move to the next presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Q&amp;A will be facilitated by the Session Chair\/s at the end of each presentation, time permitting. Some sessions may also include a dedicated discussion period at the end of the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Presentation Types<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Standard<\/strong> - 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&amp;A.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lightning<\/strong> - 10 minutes (maximum 5 slides) with no Q&amp;A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Presentation Protocols<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>All presenters are reminded of the AAA\u2019s Code of Ethics regarding the presentation of data and\/or interpretations relating to Indigenous culture.
