Registration for the AAA 2020 Conference are open online until 30 November 2020.
The Australian Archaelogical Association are pleased to offer registration complimentary for all attendees. Registration is still required to receive access to the virtual event.
Your completed registration will be automatically acknowledged via email. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If another copy is required, please email the Conference Managers at email@example.com.
If you are unable to attend the virtual conference, we request that you confirm your cancellation by emailing to the Conference Managers.

AAA Code and Policies
By registering you are thereby agreeing to abide by the Association’s Code of Ethics, Sexual Harassment Policy 2012, Discrimination Policy 2012, Equal Opportunity Policy 2012 and Website and Social Media Policies. Do not proceed with a registration if you are not willing to abide by the above Code and Policies.
The Conference Hosts and Managers reserve the right to cancel the registration of any attendee who contravenes these policies at any point during the conference.
The conference reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter any aspect of the conference schedule and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the Conference Hosts nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party due to such changes.
By registering for the virtual conference, all attendees agree to themselves and/or their presentation/s being recorded. Attendees consent to their images, audio and/or video recordings being reproduced for subsequent use in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional purposes, advertising and inclusion on websites and social media. Images are shared publicly with open access for use.
Should you not agree to your image, audio and/or video recordings being used for the above purposes, please contact the Conference Managers at least 2 weeks prior to the conference.
Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Conference Managers who will correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by writing to the Conference Managers.
We require your information to provide you with information regarding the conference and to facilitate your participation in the conference. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the conference will be used for:
- Confirming your attendance and participation in the conference;
- In the Attendee List published for the conference;
- Provided to organisers of future occurrences of this conference;
- May be used to provide you with information of other relevant conferences in your area of interest.
The parties who will have access to your information are the Conference Hosts, the Conference Managers, attendees, sponsors and exhibitors and any future organisers of the conference.
By registering to participate in the conference you are giving your consent to the above, for the purposes of compliance. However, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to the Conference Managers. You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Conference Managers.
