Virtual registration gives you access to the Keynote Presentation, Flagship Session, Concurrent Sessions, Poster Session, Virtual Social Events and AAA AGM & Awards.
Terms and Conditions
By registering to attend the conference, delegates agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership discounts ONLY apply to those that are members of the Australian Archaeological Association Ltd at the time of registration. Refunds for the difference will not be applied if your membership is purchased or upgraded AFTER registration has occurred. Click here to become a member.
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation and tax invoice. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If another copy is required, please email the Conference Managers. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.
Payment at time of registration is required by credit or debit card. Credit Card fees will be payable for Visa, MasterCard and AMEX at 2%. Please note that transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Watermark Events’.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to the Conference Managers. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
- Cancellations received by 12 November 2021 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received on or after 13 November are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable.
At any time prior to the Conference, times of advertised events, sessions and speakers may change without notice. The organisers reserve all rights to cancel or postpone the Conference or to change the venue, speaker presentation times, and dates of various events without prior notice.
Data Privacy Statement
By registering for a AAA Conference, you agree to allow the Australian Archaeological Association to use your personal information in registration and notification of activities related to the User Group and the Conference. By registering, you agree to receive email and/or print communications from sponsors of the Conference unless you specifically opt out of sponsor communications by emailing the Conference Managers. Australian Archaeological Association does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
